說故事技巧：
這是一本為孩子閱讀起步所設計的簡單讀本，不過也可以當作故事來讀，因為這兩隻小老鼠很有創意，從六根冰棒棍發想出許多創作！說完故事，聽故事的孩子也一定會想要拿幾根冰棒棍來玩一玩。

小女孩剪了一個紙娃娃，是個公主，她帶紙公主去盪鞦韆，但紙公主卻被風給吹走了。紙公主有了一趟美妙、刺激、危險的旅行，可是她會回到小女孩子的身邊嗎？

延伸活動：
讓孩子畫一個自己喜歡的人物，然後剪下來演一齣戲，如果孩子主動要再做其他人物，那當然最好。在孩子活動的環境裡，為他們準備一些塗鴉剪貼的材料，例如剪刀、膠水、色筆、畫紙、色紙，以及一些容易黏貼的素材（冰棒棍、棉花球、衛生紙捲筒、外帶咖啡杯的防燙墊都好用），當然也別忘了放一個讓孩子建立回收、再利用習慣的回收紙籃，孩子就可以在那裡創作、想像、合作、分享、練習、運動、接受挫折、感受成就、......，這是他們需要的。
